The Herceg Novi born Goran Milić, who is currently living in Santa Barbara, California, and Kotor Municipality organized a fundraising dinner on Thursday, August 18th. The entire income will be donated to the Kotor Resource Center Dr Peruta Ivanović, which is educating children with speech and hearing impairment.

Mr. Milić, the owner and the main chef of the Los Angeles restaurant Divino, for the sixth consecutive year has led a Culinary Academy at the Resource Center. The project is completely supported by Santa Barbara - Kotor Sister City Committee, as two cities established this kind of relationship in 2009. Many of the Center’s students, who passed the academy, are now working in the restaurants in Montenegro, Italy and Los Angeles, California.
