Mario Jurešić, a 29-year-old student from Belgrade, had already had two operations to remove skin cancer and a brain tumor. After a two-year struggle to get the necessary medical therapy in Serbia, Croatia, Israel and Turkey, changes have been seen in his lungs, bones and digestive tract, this past August. The only solution left for Mario is TIL (Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) therapy which provides great results, however, it’s only being performed in clinics in Tel Aviv and Manchester and costs between 120,000 and 160,000 EUR.
