Last weekend, several hundred young people from Zagreb, Split, Sinj, Zadar and Dubrovnik took part in the campaign "72 Hours Without Compromise." This is an international volunteer project that encourages youth and promotes solidarity, companionship, creativity and volunteerism. The project was initially designed and launched in Germany in 1995 when several young people encouraged their peers to volunteer and help people in need.
This is the third time that this campaign has been organized in Croatia, and this year, volunteer teams had many activities: organizing workshops for young people, paying visits and providing help for different people in need, cleaning parks, schools, kindergartens and other public places.
