Fitimtar Lala, an ex-resident of the Vinjolla village in Kurbin, now living in the USA, invested in the reconstruction of the 18 kilometers long Vinjolla-Gallatë road.
The residents stated that this route was inaccessible and in cases of a disease they had to travel for hours, so this investment was necessary, since the road hadn't been reconstructed for more than 25 years. According to the locals, traveling from the most remote area of the village to the city of Milot now lasts less than 10 minutes.
Fitimtar Lala has continuously been present with investments in schools, health centers and road infrastructure of the Kurbini villages. In this way, he brought hope to the residents living in this area, that have been forgotten by the state for decades.
