Several associations from Klanjec organized fundraising events to support medical treatment in Dubrovnik of 6-year old girl Ivona Knezić.

The Naša djeca Klanjec Association organized a fundraising concert at the local Sports Hall, which was completely packed with people. At the same time the Oton Iveković Art Association arranged auction of paintings created by its members. At these two events, organizers managed to collect 20,000 HRK (approx. 2,700 EUR).

The local association Korak po korak do zdravlja prepared a fundraising cake sale and collected 5,200 HRK (approx. 700 EUR). Mr. Ilija Kranjčec, from Klanjec, donated flying lanterns that were sent to the sky with best wishes for Ivona's recovery.
