On Friday, April 7th the Zagreb Bank DD, which is part of the UniCredit Group, celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Gift Matching Program. Potential beneficiary organizations are applying for Gift Matching Program on the UniCredit Foundation's website, so employees can choose one program and become its ambassador. The employee then promotes work of the organization, encourages colleagues to donate, and at the end of each cycle UniCredit Foundation doubles the donated amount. During the past ten years Bank employees, with the support of UniCredit Foundation, donated more than 2,500,000 HRK (approx. 350,000 EUR) and supported the work of more than 80 non-profit organizations in entire Croatia. On behalf of all beneficiary institutions Mrs. Dinka Vukovic, president of the Croatian Association for Down syndrome, expressed her gratitude to all employees of the Zagreb Bank DD and the UniCredit Group for all support they provided to all small non-profit organizations.
