The Association Riječko srce and TV Chanel RI have started a fundraising campaign to provide funds for the renovation of Oncology Department at the Kantrida Children’s Hospital in Rijeka. The campaign is named Everything for Our Children and its offering several ways for donating, like calling number 060 9009, or buying specially designed T-shirts and coffee mugs at the stand in the pedestrian zone. The main event of the campaign is the big concert that will be held on Thursday, May 4th at the Rijeka Resolution Square. Many popular Croatian musicians like Neno Belan & Fiumens, Colonia, Denis&Denis, Jole, Miroslav Škoro, Atomsko sklonište, and Mia Negovetić, will participate in the event. On a same day local applied artist Barbara Cetina will sell her unique art, while the auction of sporting memorabilia will be held nearby. Many institutions and associations joined the campaign, so Coffee shop Owners Association will donate 1 HRK (aprox 0.13 EUR) from each coffee that is sold till campaign ends on May 29th.
