For a third consecutive year in Skopje there are wonderful people who care for people from socially vulnerable categories and homeless people, providing them a warm meal every Saturday. A big BRAVO to the informal group of citizens who every Friday with love and hope for a better tomorrow, is gathering and cooking over 100 meals to people who can not afford one.

Initiative #RetvitniObrok is supported by many citizens who cook at home, but there are also some companies that do not forget their social responsibility and humanity. Ljubeznost Association as part of this initiative, delivers prepared meals to the place where every Saturday are being shared. However, this association brings food around certain areas in Skopje in order to cover a larger group of people who need a meal.

In the period from January to April 2017, these are the companies who tirelessly support this initiative:

- Freshys as the first restaurant with a social business model, every week donates fruit worth 2.000 MKD (approx. 32,52 EUR), with a total amount of the donation 35.000 MKD (approx. 569,11 EUR)

- Butchers Promes that every week donates a voucher of 1.500 MKD (approx. 24,39 EUR) in order for this initiative to be able to select from their wide range of products, according to the meal they prepare, with a total amount of 24.000 MKD (approx. 390,24 EUR)

- Adora Engineering weekly orders 25 meals from Gala kujna, which then are being donated for this initiative, with a total amount of 20.000 MKD (approx. 325,20 EUR)

- Rock Kafana Rustikana which prepares and donates 10 meals each week, with a total amount of 8.000 MKD (approx. 130,08 EUR)

We congratulate all the great people who are involved in this initiative because they brighten the lives of people who feel neglected.

If you want to help someone, prepare a meal! For you a meal may mean little, but to someone it means a lot!
