Serbian Association for Promoting Inclusion - SAPI is providing a service to people with disabilities called Stanovanje uz podršku (Living with Support). At the moment, 23 users of this program live in 5 apartments in Belgrade with support and assistance of special teacher, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker and attorney. The whole project is now threatened by lack of funds and incomplete legislation. The Association needs around 50,000 EUR to ensure operating for a year, and by the end of December, a little above 50,000 RSD (app. 405 EUR) were raised only.
