14,000 EUR were raised at the 15th Amateur Charity Giant Slalom which traditionally takes place on the first weekend of February. The funds will be donated to the Center for Support of People with Intellectual Disabilities – PORAKA.

A total of 54 corporate teams donated 10,800 EUR as team entry fees and additional 3,000 EUR were raised during the thematic party entitled Worldmarket, auctioning items donated by the participants. Regretfully, due to the rain and poor weather conditions, the race was canceled.

The funds will be used for organization of sports and recreational activities for the clients of the PORAKA’s services. The purpose of these activities is to promote inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities through sport and recreation and to contribute to the development of independence and self-sufficiency among these people.
