Catalyst Balkans has an immediate opening for a 40 hour per week position to conduct research on philanthropy-related topics in the region. Catalyst seeks an organized, communicative, and self-confident candidate who is equally comfortable with making phone calls to philanthropy stakeholders and with gathering, analyzing and processing philanthropy-related documentation. A dynamic and friendly personality and the ability to multi-task are essential for a successful candidate.
Initial term of the position is 3 months and is extendable based on performance and achievement of deliverables. The position will work in the Catalyst office in Belgrade, Serbia.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in conducting telephone and desk data gathering and research and in producing analysis
- Fluent spoken and written English and Serbian
- Experience / familiarity with the use of databases to convert gathered information into data for entry
- Their own laptop
