If you want to have a memory of a relative who is no longer living or mark a beautiful anniversary, you can join the new initiative of the Municipality of Tirana: “Donate a Bench”.

The first three benches are located in the Grand Park of Tirana and were donated by citizens who became part of the initiative. The Mayor of Tirana was present at the ceremony and during his speech he invited the citizens to join this initiative to commemorate their relatives, but also to contribute to the city.

In the framework of this initiative, the Agency of Parks and Recreation the Municipality of Tirana encourages citizens to contribute to the Grand Park of Tirana.

For all the interested citizens that would like to donate, the bench model and the detailed map locations will be available, and during the process of donation the donor will be assisted by the Parks and Recreation Agency.
