The Albanian National Football Team, currently in Austria preparing for the European Championship France 2016, has decided to, along with its athletic activities, also support social initiatives of individuals or associations in Albania.

All team players have signed two jerseys, which will be donated to the Hospital Foundation of Mothers and Children. This campaign, named Together We Can by the team captain, Lorik Cana, is aiming to raise awareness for providing better health care for mothers and children in Albania.
