The Zadar Tourist Board on Saturday, July 30th organized the 10th DM Millennium Jump, an event when more than 3,000 individuals jump to the sea from the central Zadar waterfront. The event, which is growing in stature each year, is believed to be the largest of its kind in the world. The sponsor of the event is the cosmetics and healthcare retail chain DM-Drogerie Markt Croatia doo, who provided free skin checks up for the jumpers on the waterfront as well as for the spectators.

Part of the amount raised from the participation fee will be used for organizing swimming practices for children with intellectual disabilities from the Zadar Kindergarten Latica, and some of the money will further be donated to the Zadar Social Supermarket Sv. Frane.
