Hrvatska elektroprivreda DD HEP signed on Tuesday, Jun 6th contracts for realization of energy efficiency projects with three Kindergartens and two Elementary Schools. HEP created a fund from the sale of ZelEn (Green Energy) products, which are 100% coming from renewable energy sources, that is used for further financing energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.

This donation worth 1 million HRK (approx. 135,000 EUR) will be used for installing LED lights at Kindergarten Sveti Ante in Prugovo, mounting of insulation panels at Kindergarten Dugo Selo and Kindergarten Cvrčak in Solin, connecting timers and thermostats at the Elementary School Fran Krsto Frankopan in Osijek, and installing solar panels at the Catholic Elementary School in Požega.
